CHALLENGE
Recruited to conduct an ecosystem map of the anti-human trafficking field and to conduct outreach to potential partners for a large federal TTA grant.
APPROACH

Created evaluation metrics for potential partnerships, which included multiple levels of risk (for government partners AND survivors)

Leveraged professional network to gather reputable non-profit organizations, national leaders, and subject matter experts

Built relationships with several senior leaders, including CEOs, Executive Directors, Chief Victim Services Officers, and those with lived experience
RESULTS
This project is ongoing​. Within the first month:

Recommended four interested and qualified partners after dozens of meetings, including partners at national organizations, boutique consultancy services run by survivors, and former CEOs

Maintained warm relationships with multiple anti-trafficking organizations with potential for future collaborations
