Whether developing institutional policy, redesigning workforce systems, or advising leaders on complex partnerships, I'm most interested in the human side of organizational change.

I believe sustainable change emerges from trust, thoughtful analysis, and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders into conversation with one another.
